ASPHALT REPAIRS - Done early can reduce the likely need to replace entire surface area

• Parking lot will be inspected and all repairs will be identified
• Repairs will be marked and saw cut
• Damaged asphalt will be removed to dump site to be recycled
• Base will be compacted and base materials will be added as needed.
• Area will be cleaned and patched; TAC oil will be placed along edges and inside of area
• Patch will be filled with type D Hot mix asphalt and brought up to existing grade then rolled and compacted
• Job site will be swept and cleaned upon completion

SEAL COATING – EXTENDS THE LIFE OF THE ASPHALT

• Parking lot will be inspected and all repairs will be identified prior to sealcoat being applied
• Repairs will be marked
• Sweep and clean parking lot; remove dirt and trash to dump site prior to sealcoat application
• All cracks will be filled with hot or cold filler ½ inch or larger depending upon severity of cracks
• One coat of sealer will be applied then allowed to dry
• Parking lot will be re-stripe as previously designed
• Upon completion job site will be swept and cleaned

CONCRETE REPAIRS – BUILD IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME

• Parking lot will be inspected and all repairs will be identified
• Repairs will be marked and saw cut
• Damaged and concrete that is broken out will be removed to dump site to be recycled
• Base will be compacted and additional base materials added as needed
• Steel reinforcement (wire or rebar) and expansion joints will be installed as needed
• Cold joints will be sawed cut as needed
• Upon completion job site will be swept and cleaned
• All concrete work will be done as per contract or to customer’s specifications
